Hélix’ir: Sparkling Liqueur

This liqueur is produced in the same way as the Pineau des Charentes but CO2 is added when it is bottled.
To be served very cold as an aperitif or accompanied by a foie gras. A product with total finesse due of its aromas, but due to its bubbles as well. To be discovered.
