Pineau des Charentes White

This amber liqueur, with subtle aromas of spice and honey, will go with your aperitifs and marries quite well with a flavorful cheese. Serve chilled.

  • Soil: Calcareous clay
  • Grapes: Ugni blanc and Colombard.
  • Production: Maceration for 24 hours, pressing, mutage with Cognac eau-de-vie.
  • Aging: Aged for 2 to 8 years in French oak casks.
  • Bottling:

    • In 1 liter bottles for restaurants.
