Pineau des Charentes Red

Sweet, with notes of red fruits, transforming over time, enjoyed with melon, sensational chocolate pastries, and as an aperitif, of course. Serve chilled.

  • Soil: Calcareous clay
  • Grapes: Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
  • Production: Destemming, crushing, maceration for 48 hours, pressing, transformation with Cognac eau-de-vie.
  • Aging: Aged for 3 to 8 years in French oak casks.
  • Bottling:
    • In 0.75 liter bottles.
    • In 1 liter bottles for restaurants.
